Is there anything in the unrated version that makes it worth renting? What's different? Thank you.

Probably nothing like many people think (i.e., a lot more nudity and sex).

Studios like to release movies on video as "UNRATED", trying to fool people into thinking they are getting some kind of X-rated film or something. All "unrated" means is that the MPAA didn't review this version of the film.
