never saw the ending cause the channel which watched it stopped after season 1.

I'm a Conservative, and thats my opinion on this matter.
I would say it's a fairly profound ending so at this point I shall not explain unless you REALLY want to know in case I spoil it for those who have not seen it yet.
I will say though that it is one that you have to see for yourself.
