That line cracks me up. Had to look up what hoops were.
After I thought about it, I wondered about where he was going to be eating these hoops. At home? Is the wife making them? (I assumed with his personality he expects her to be a housewife only) Do he & his wife already have a strained relationship so she no longer cooks & he's fending for himself? Or is he eating at the office instead? Does he ever go home (we know in A2A he pretty much lives at the office...)
