Did anyone else think...
...they were going to reveal Jill as Micky's daughter? When she says she played blackjack with her dad all the time, then she said her dad was gone which I interpreted as metaphorical, and the way she speaks in a few scenes seems very Micky-like. I was quite surprised when that wasn't the case.
