In the trailer... Ther is a girl in a red and white T-shirt and he looks young...Who's this guy, because it may sound kind of strange, but in a shot he looks like Lex played by Giuseppe Andrews in Detroit Rock City, who played with James DeBello in this movie, because they got the same T-Shirt except the color, and they look like...Who's this guy in Kush?

I presume you meant a guy in a red and white t shirt, his name is Jesse Head. Check him out in the imdb credits.
