Its bad enough that the front train is slamming into the runaway train while they are trying to land a man on top of it. But then after the marine falls and dies they cut from the marines lifeless hanging body to an operations guy. And he casually says "thats a no go".

The end subtitles say the former Marine lived.

It was pretty funny. Dude looked like he died and they're like nope didn't work. Laughed quite a bit during that scene.
