Seems underrated

Halfway through it so far and seems terribly underrated here on imdb with a 6.4 rating. Surprised at how much I'm enjoying it, yet a rating like that nonetheless, especially since I'm enjoying this much more than Inside Llewyn Davis, True Grit, and A Serious Man, all of which I watched in the past few months, yet those movies all broke 7.0. Anyway, that's my opinion.

Your own post is indicative of the brother's recent run of "average" films. I am hoping for a return to true form.

A Serious Man and Inside Llewyn Davis are ALMOST Perfection for me with True Grit just a couple notches below. In fact, I'd actually go as far as say A Serious Man is now one of my favorite films in the last Decade. I do agree that Hail, Caesar is underrated as well. A 6.4 is a joke, but that's how it goes, definitely not for everyone. I don't know any filmmakers as Consistent as they are. Intolerable Cruelty and Ladykillers are my least favorite and I actually enjoy both. Since 2007 with No Country For Old Men, which is their Masterpiece IMO, they haven't done wrong.
