G. Clooney is getting old

I couldn't believe how he's aged. I know everyone has to get old at some point, but some other actors around his same age, still look good...Clooney on the other hand already has that thin lipped old man look about him..I know he's never had thick lips to begin with, and people like that do usually look older before someone would who naturally had thick lips.

That was shocking. I was thinking bad makeup, poor lighting. Was that the best they could make him look? -:( Still a helluva lot better looking than me!

Sane with Josh Brolin.

reply

I don't think there was any intention to make him look good. Probably the opposite.

He was made up to look like an aging star. Think of late Gable,or Cooper, for example.

What can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence.

He was made up to look older. He's 55, hardly an old man.

He still looks great with good makeup, filters and lighting IMO.( See the coffee commercial with Danny De Vito) I think he is humble enough to allow them to shoot him "warts and all" and it looks like that's what they did here. It would have worked fine if this movie had been as good as they hoped it would be.
