I just wanna know if this will be available in all 5 boroughs in New York City??????

Check with your cable operator, you must have Digital Cable, you can check thru your "On Demand" channels and see if you see "Howard On Demand".

You can also check online at http://www.indemand.com/HSOD/iwanthoward.jsp
