I'm wondering because I've gone the the Comcast website a few times to order it, it seems that you can do this online, but then I get a message saying that this service is not available? Why not? It's listed on the digital cable, on OnDemand so what's up?

Call up Comcast directly and ask them for it, they should have it.... All Comcast Areas in the USA are suppose to have it atleast.
