Watched my first episode ever today.

A friend of mine and I was talking and he asked me if I ever watched or listen to Howard Stern. Being im from Norway, Id never heard of it. Then I came across Private Parts in the rental store. After seing the film, wich I enjoyed, I thought I give the show a try.

I just got some random episodes from my friend and started to watch. The first episode I saw was the one with Stomp the Perv game where two guys were to battle against eachother answering questions related to porn. The winner would win a date with some pornactress names Crystal Steel, or something.

One of the contestant was a 60 year old guy who had a huge porn-collection, worked on organazion adult magazines for the libary (or something in that derection). He also had something to do with a Museu of Sex.

Anyway, Stern and the rest of the guys made really fun of him. They were just plain mean to him. Even though he infact is a perv dosent meen hes not a nice guy. Because he really was! Maybe not the most regular 60 year old guy but still, he knew his stuff.

I dont know if they allways are mean to people with some wierd interest, but man it was like they hated him! I didnt even finished watching that episode. I just really felt bad for the guy.

So is this why Stern is so popular? When I watched Private Parts he really seemed like a genuine nice fella. Maybe a little crazy but funny.

As I said, I have only watched that one show. And I know he has been around like since the 70s and hes still on the air so it must be something. Man, America got some wierd stuff.
