I love this movie.....the acting the visuals the locations the story special affects was all too notch how did this not do better? Or get a sequel?

I do like these type movies. Would you put this film in same category as Sinbad movies?
Action, adventure, fantasy, romantical with good soundtrack with a middle eastern feel about it.
