I massively enjoyed this episode. Hopefully this season has more of this.

No doubt. Best of the season, so far. I'd say one of the best all-time. I loved the very end of it; Charlie makes a sexist 'for a woman' joke, Dee objectifies that guy and newly gay Mac chimes in with her.
