Favorite Dennis blow-up/rage moment?

I'd have to go with the "starter car" freak-out on that guy trying to buy Dennis' Range Rover for his teen daughter in "The Gang Misses the Boat". Just a whole monologue full of hilarious quotes.

"Starter car? This is not a starter car, it is a finisher car!"

"Be gone from me, vile man, be gone from me!"

"I am untethered, and my rage knows NO BOUNDS!"

And the expression on Dennis' face at the end is indescribably perfect...pure anger turning into this weird expression that seems to say "Did I go a bit overboard there?" 

Rage moment? Probably the school reunion, psychotically ranting about his fetish $hit and tools; although, I prefer Dennis' more low-key fits of malevolence like when he described dicing Dee into bits, and storing her in a glass box on the mantle. He projects such a sinister presence, then nonchalantly redirects the situation to the shrink, "so, where were we?" All the gang are hilarious when they're raging, but Glenn's display of calm, ruthless iniquity tops them all.

Haha, nice. Another classic display of a quieter rage from Dennis (well, quiet until he shoos them away at the end) is when he's trying to lure those two hot girls into the bunker during the "storm of the century".

"Boyfriends? You two have boyfriends?" ...and you know the rest. 

I love his lines in the hospital with the nurse (when Dee gives birth)

and he says

— “If you do not get my sister her stories and a new room as soon as possible, THEN I WILL COME DOWN ON THIS HOSPITAL LIKE THE HAMMER OF THOR. THE THUNDER OF MY VENGEANCE WILL ECHO THROUGH THESE CORRIDORS LIKE THE GUST OF A THOUSAND WINDS!!”

The Gang Re-ignites The Rivalry.

Dennis: Yeah we both got punked Frank. These kids these days, Ill tell ya what, they're nothing like we used to be when we were in fraternities. They have no respect for anybody. They're like stupid little god damn savages. I mean I came in there and I was nice, I was polite, I was cordial, and they completely god damn disrespected me..IDIOTS IDIOTS. I was completely respectful, and theyre supposed to be my brothers, right? No noooo. That's not fun. What they're doing isn't fun. They kept zapping us and zapping us. IDIOTS SAVAGES IDIOTS IDIOTS.

This was the first scene and subsequent quote that popped into my head for this topic. The entire episode has countless great rants by Dennis.

Dennis is my favorite character. I love the reunion blow up, especially because that's when we first really learned how delusional he really is. I also love how this video edited it into a funny song. If you LOVE Sunny, you will love this video.
