Damn it's hard to come up with a fresh idea that they haven't touched upon. Seinfeld and curb your enthusiasm has pretty much did EVERY funny idea as well.
I'm actually surprised they've never done "Dee Becomes a Lesbian." She could sleep with The Waitress.

I'd love to see an episode where the gang needs real security at Paddys. They cut Mac out of the interview process for a bouncer because he's failed them.
The guy they hire is actually super ripped...and turns out to be the anti-Mac. He's openly gay and a devoted Catholic. He's a trained martial arts master. Every shirt he owns has long sleeves. Etc etc. Mac then challenges him to some kind of ridiculous bouncer showdown to regain his job that the rest of the gang judges.
Another good one would be Dee Gets Famous. She gets on super crazy meteoric rise to a lead role in a big budget movie by accident. The whole way she thinks she's being set up again. She ends up sabotaging her new potential career because she's so paranoid. She kidnaps the directors children in order to try to get the truth out of him. She ends up being famous for all the wrong reasons.
