The Gang Goes to a Water Park

Eh, pretty decent

reply

It didn't resolve all of its subplots in the best ways, but I laughed a solid amount!

reply

Very enjoyable episode. Loved the Dennis story the most.

reply

Not nearly as good as last week for me. Frank with the Aids line cutting was probably the funniest stuff.

reply

It wasn't bad

Frank and Charlie were funny

The Dennis plot was entertaining

Mac and Dee plot was fairly weak and I think they went too far when they apparently let a kid drown. Dee maybe, but it seemed out of character for Mac to be THAT bad, that might be the worst thing any of them have ever done

reply

i dont think they are totally to blame, the lifeguard should have saved the kid and maybe they were expecting that

reply

1000x better than last week's episode. A nice return to form..

reply

I felt the opposite...this episode was boring I won't watch it more than once while I watched last weeks 4 times.

reply

I enjoyed it and  several times. Dennis passing on a milf ripe for the taking to mentor a child was pushing credibility though.

reply

That did seem odd...I understand why he would take interest in the child but not over that prime piece of poon.

reply

That was a funny episode. Way better than the season premiere, which is one of the weakest. You could totally tell it was all a facade for the cast and crew to go on a trip to a water park though. Not that I mind. Not the first TV show to do this.

Hell back in the 90s every sitcom had the Disneyworld Episode.

reply

Agreed. Last week's episode dragged for me, this one flew by.

reply

A lot of things were unrealistic and over the top, but some things were seriously funny, like how charlie made those wounds by sucking it on Frank lol, and Charlie pouring the water from only one bottle thinking it would be enough, funny stuff. And what follows obviously, Frank would be a lot more f'up than that for sure, ouch.

Cool seeing GOT creators as jerk safeguards, although i doubt you would find any park that big with such irresponsible staff.

Very cartoonish episode but

Overall eh, pretty decent episode agree

I am utterly insane but that doesn't mean i don't sense make.

reply

Best episode probably since Mac & Dennis moved to the suburbs. Laughed a lot.

reply

I thought it was amazing. I laughed from start to finish. The best parts were Frank cutting the line yelling aids, the lifeguard not giving a crap about the drowning kid and also casually saying "aids blood, everyone out", and Frank cutting himself up on the dry slide.

Definitely one of the funniest episodes in a long time. Was it over the top? Of course. But I find Always Sunny is at its best when it's as ridiculous as possible.

reply

Hilarious episode. I think it's just an achievement that they can come up with fresh and funny material so long into the show's run. Last year's 'Mac & Dennis Move to the Suburbs' was a possible all-time top five episode. Not saying the same of this week's, exactly, but it certainly holds its own.

reply

Agreed! The more ridiculous the better!

Thats why the Jersey Shore episode works so well in rewatchability.

When Dennis swiftly calmly gestures his hand to notion to the bigger less attractive mom lady to lean back in her pool chair whilst he lurks at the attractive mom in a bikini next to her. subtle yet so Dennis. lovely.

The apathy of the water park staff, the aids blood scare nice homage to the dooty babay ruth scene in caddyshak btw.

the scams left n right. artist, not theif. ....good lesson

charlies excitement at the beginning and all the hooplah before getting in before the piss takes over the park lol.

yes to this show.
