Dee got a 46% chance of getting Parkinson according a DNA test!?

The funny part was when Dennis said: [b]Who gives a *beep*
I mean he is her twin brother, so according to that test he also has a 46% chance of getting Parkinson.

reply

Well no they're not identical twins, they're not genetically the same.

reply

Well, Parkinson is not heritable disease in the first place. So Dees research is BS anyway.

reply

"The cause of Parkinson's disease is generally unknown, but believed to involve both genetic and environmental factors. Those with a family member affected are more likely to get the disease themselves."

"Parkinson's disease in most people is idiopathic (having no specific known cause). However, a small proportion of cases can be attributed to known genetic factors."

"PD traditionally has been considered a non-genetic disorder; however, around 15% of individuals with PD have a first-degree relative who has the disease."

Well next episode is titled PTSDee. I'm sure this episode has an explanation as to why Dee thinks she will get a Parkinson disease. Remember in Charlie work she messed up that beef order because of her big hand. I guess it's not that maybe it was because she was having a convulsion or something. But it's too early to predict. I could be wrong.
