Is there a rape scene?

One would think, but legally I don't believe it's considered the same thing. Possibly assault, but most likely not rape. I took a Crim/Psych major in college and I volunteered as a sexual assault crisis counselor, and I want to say, (don't quote me...I may be off a little) that rape laws were and are probably still subjective. I remember that there had to be some sort of penetration in order to be considered rape, in addition to the female saying no and the perpetrator using force or some sort of threat (whether it be a gun or beating her up). I know for a fact that years ago laws protected husbands from raping their wives, believing that it was okay because they were "married." There are so many technicalities regarding what constitutes rape, it's sickening.... which is why I believe so few women actually get a SAFE exam and/or report it.

It's not really "unwanted foreplay". What the replier forgot to mention is that the chick wants to have sex with this guy and already has her top off (breasts exposed) and they're making out like crazy.

After so-and-so makes things awkward (guy issues), female-so-and-so decides she doesn't want to do anything anymore and kinda blows him off. so-and-so, having major blue balls, tries to make out with her to get the fire going again and she tells him to stop like... maybe four times? He does.. so... it's not really that bad at all.
