Why is Durant's quote removed from BluRay?

I have noticed that on BluRay version of movie, the Durant's quote at the beginning of the movie is missing.

"A great civilization is not conquered from without until it has destroyed itself from within."

Anyone knows more about this?

I own this movie on Blu-ray, and the quote is right there at the beginning where it should be.
