James Madison MIA...?

I find it very interesting why the character of James Madison was never written into the series, let alone ever mentioned. I would guess that it may take away some of the glory which HBO was looking to bestow upon Thomas Jefferson... but seriously wtf, if they can write in Hamilton, why not Madison?

My best guess is that HBO may be planning, or were planning, to do another mini series focused on James Madison!

Madison disliked Adams, despite being later okay with John Quincy. Anyway, Madison and the father had very little to do with one another.
