1. Spider-Man 2 is better than Civil War
2. Spider-Man was only in the movie for 20 Minutes.

and those 20 minutes were a better presentation of spiderman/peter parker than all five previous spiderman films.

I have to admit that the Marisa Tomei milf vibe for Aunt May was an innovative stroke of genius that I go back to again and again.

Tony Stark, just toying with her with his suave gazillionaire mentor for young geniuses rap...rowrrr!

I thought it was a casting mistake before i saw the film, then again i thought this whole film is a money grab, that was until i actually saw the film. Marisa Tomei was great! her character felt more alive than Sally Field and the first Aunt May.

I would put Civil War slightly above Spider Man 2 given I think Spidey 2 is kinda overrated.

That movie, man... other than Downey being in it, yeah, there's this weird DTV vibe to it. I mean it co-stars Bokeem Woodbine for god's sake. It's called Spider-Man: Homecoming. That right there is a lame title. Vulture, Shocker, Tinkerer... eh... I mean I don't need to see another incarnation of a Goblin type, but come on... that's just... quantity over quality.

I guess it won't be like bad, but it doesn't really have this event feel either. Remember back in the summer on '02? First Spider-Man came out... that was epic. Even with the second one there was this "yes, he's back!" feel. Kinda like Batman movies back in the day. There was expectations and it was a big deal. Now it's like another one. Sure. Whatever. Unless they do something epic and different... yeah, I don't know if Iron Man is enough to elevate it. It's not like he's going to space with the Hulk or anything. Just like a high school movie. With some glorified cameo. Fight a guy. In the end fight another guy. That's cute. Have few laughs. In the end there's a teaser for Infinity War and your mind is already moved away from Spider-Man and into that one.

I miss when event movies were events.

civil war is nothing without spiderman, it's a great movie because spiderman is in it, if you were to take spiderman out of the movie, all that would be left is an average comic book movie at best, any movie with spiderman is great and the reboot will be no different

spiderman is the greatest superhero and spiderman movies are the greatest comic book movies

in my friendly and humble opinion
