WHAT is on that ladder up the side of Mt Rushmore?

Right at the point where the flyover Rushmore Memorial starts, freeze frame and look to the right. There's ladder with men on it, one or more have black hoods over their heads and seem to have their hands tied behind their backs. There's else, much bigger than the men on the ladder. It seems to have white-tipped limbs? I'm just saying what I see, we all see unclear things differently eh. That's why Im asking, what do YOU see? There's a black olive coloured thing parked vertically on the rockface to the left of the ladder. There's human/ primate skulls on the rock ledge near the base. There's what looks like a semi transparent BOX thing on the ground with one or two people nearby. That may be an anomaly, but, there's another animal-like thing dangling by it's tail from in/near the doorway cut into the rockface where the platform is. I just want to know what you see.
