Did anyone else pick up on the error about the flags

Hey I just watched this today as wondering how many people noticed what Ben gates (nicholas cage) said about there being no flag there so the queen isnt there. this of course is wrong as there is always a flag flying, if she isnt there it is the union jack flag, if she is there it is the royal flag.

There are probably more errors but this one stuck out at me on that scene

so the point is I wanna how many people spotted this error!!!!!

I actually knew about that (the union jack verses the royal flag flying), I just figured Ben meant that the Royal flag wasn't flying.
