Sylvan Lake scene
The scene in the Black Hills where they sprinkled water on rocks to look for clues was shot at Sylvan Lake. Custer State Park consists of Lodges at Blue Bell, State Game Lodge, Legion Lake and Sylvan Lake. All are beautiful and worth your time if you journey to Mr. Rushmore.
