Wait so is Ben's father's house in Washington D.C. or in Philadelphia?

In the first movie, didn't they go to Ben's father's house in Philadelphia after the car chase scene? And in this movie, they showed that his house is actually in Washington DC? Did he move, or was that a plot mistake?

I don't think so... I remember them going to his house right after stealing the Declaration (in DC). There his father told Ben that the Silence Dogood letters were donated to the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia... and that is when they hit the road for Philadelphia. So I'm pretty sure his father always lived in DC.

His dad lives in Maryland.
