To me, movies are supposed to be fun.
This movie was fun.
Therefore this movie was good.
The screenplay is very detailed, don't bother to think much.
Very entertaining, humour, hilarious, fast-paced, why not?
Villain not bad enough, Harris sacrifice himself save all the good people.
I love the bicker between Abigail and Ben, both are perfect match.
Abigail kiss Connor passionately keep him occupied in order to get more time for Ben,
it reminds me of some Jackie Chan movies, exploit heroine a little bit,
but no harm done just for fun.
There's a well-known phrase from Taiwan variety show,
" Very good, I love it. " simply like that.
I think some movies are meant for entertainment like Stallone's "assassins" and national treasure. Some movies try to be (for a lack of a better term) a work of art like the godfather or the great dictator. I think it just depends on what the filmmakers are going for. Some movies you have to hold it to a godfather level but every so often I have to go a movie and remind myself I'm not seeing a life-changing experience, I'm seeing a fun film meant for me to enjoy. (I hope I didn't word this wrong. I'm not saying action films can't be art, I'm just making an example; also they can be both entertaining and art like "Terminator 2")
