Violence and gore (spoilers)

I really want to watch this film but I'm quite squimish (I can't stand gory things, they ruin the film for me). I have read in the parental guide that this film has a scene where a woman is run over by a bus and the dead body shown is quite gory. Is that accurate? Because sometimes the parental guide overdoes the gore a little.

Yes, that scene is pretty gory (her face is shown) if you are "squirmish". Other than that, one boy is shown with deformed face, but nothing too extreme.
