Movie is trending on Netflix,as I'm re-watching, I noticed Sean waiting outside the interrogation room after he was arrested in the US. Was his mother having sex with the cop??
Are you stupid? They would have made that more clear if that's what happened. They would have played sex noises in the background, or the paintings on the wall moving if that's what they wanted you to think. I thought it was obvious they were discussing him having to move to Tokyo dummy. Which is why when she came out, he said "where we moving to now?", and she said "WE aren't moving anywhere". Meaning she worked out a deal where he stays out of jail, but he has to go live in Tokyo with his dad. I'd think if she banged him in the police interrogation room, he wouldn't have had to move anywhere at all. Don't be stupid. I hate when people don't understand movies.
shareTo be honest I had the same thought as the OP. I can't exactly explain why but the way the two walked out together made me a little suspicious. Maybe it was how disheveled the officer looked, implying that something physical went down. Although this may have not been the case it was made quite clear this was Sean's third strike and that the officer wanted him put away. Yet when he and Sean's mom leave the interrogation room there's now a second option. Again, not saying this is the case but the OP isn't wrong or stupid for thinking this.
