Won't be watching
This season is a big mistake. Many DWTS viewers are not sport fans. I've
only heard of 2 of them, and one I don't know what sport he plays, and the other is utterly loathsome. I'll pass.

I'll be skipping, as well. I enjoy some sports, but not these particular athletes. And a short season isn't appealing in the first place.
shareI have to watch because my wife is... (long story).
Still, I wonder how the producers are going to be able to keep the audience from booing that bitch off the stage...
Update: I watched the first few minutes and when the audience did not boo that bitch off the stage, I left the room and went to read.
This is what America has become. We have a completely unapologetic diabolical person who was in on the physical assault of not only another athlete, but a teammate as well. She has never apologized nor done anything in her miserable life to make up for her deed.
I hope they cancel the show. I'll watch Downton Abbey with my wife instead..
There was never proof that she was in on it.
shareIf the only place you get your proof is the propaganda fluff-piece movie, then you're right..
shareHaven't seen the movie, but what's the proof?
shareTwo reasons that seem to weigh against her being in the planning of it:
1. It would mean she thought extremely little of her own ability because she was practically a shoo-in to go to the Olympics. The best the USOC could send as a backup for her was Michelle Kwan, who was only 13 at the time. Doing this would have been an insult and a self-denigration.
2. She would know that as soon as the crime occurred everyone would immediately know exactly who would benefit most, and therefore would be the only person with a motive. So why participate as it would ruin her Olympic chances even more?
Now you can argue that maybe she was an accomplice after the fact just because she could guess who did it, but on the other hand, practically anyone with half a brain made the same guess.
