Last blood was good, but a poor sequel to this underrated gem.
Watched this last night for the first time in years and it was fucking great! We need more movies like this and less of the PC, SJW pandering rubbish that seems to be the current norm.

When Rambo walks straight into the drug gang leaders' home and gets the crap beat out of him, I thought "The real John Rambo would never have done such a stupid thing."

shareThe Rambo I know is a master of stealth and would not have gotten himself surrounded and then just stand there as they beat the shit out of them. I agree this movie is not good but it doesnβt suck for the reasons the media might have you believe, it is in no way anti immigrant

shareThe left is actively looking for things to complain about , I had a feeling they would react that way. I actually thought it was more of a rip off of skyfall with the tunnels and everything but I guess that itself was a ripoff of home alone, that and taken. I do not think I will be counting the new Rambo as part of the franchise to me itβs a trilogy (First Blood, Rambo: First Blood Part II, Rambo 2008)

shareYeah. The fact is, Rambo is out of his element in Last Blood. He's adept at guerrilla warfare, but he's treading the waters of more what a spy should be doing when he goes into Mexico. That's why, at the end, he lures them onto his turf and makes them play by his rules where he systematically dispatches them as usual.

shareNo. The first movie and the second movie demonstrated that he is very capable of taking the war out of the jungle, and right to the doorstep of his enemy.
The biggest misfire in this movie is the one scene -- we all know the one.
But, yeah, once he retreats to his home turf it settles into familiar territory.
