Why does this movie only have a 7.1?

shareIt is awesome. But I think 7.1 is really like an 8.5 if you adjust for genre. There just aren't THAT many people that truly love action like you and I do.
Look at 1987 Predator. Damn near perfection, yet it's rated 7.8.
Dredd 2012, great action flick but only has a 7.0.
The list goes on and on. True Lies......only a 7.2?!?!
Stallone and Schwarzenegger are always going to have detractors who come on here and lower their ratings. No matter how good of a movie it was.
It's political-correctness, politics....just not liking a macho self-made man. That's why Sly and Arnold's best movies are a point or 2 lower than they should be.
Or it could be people might not like it. I recently watched Jon Wick on HBO and found that was a much more enjoyable violently over the top movie.

First Blood pt II - 6.4
Rambo III - 5.7
Cobra - 5.6
Tango & Cash - 6.3
Lock Up - 6.3
Assasins - 6.3
Cop land - 6.9
I think all these movies deserve at least 0,5 point higher ratings, and Tango & Cash definitely deserve a full point more. One of the coolest action movies ever.
