This, of all Rambo movie was by far the most violent and realistic. Rambo here is not the invincible killing machine that takes down a entire army in open ground, in fact he is way more stealty and smart, he doesn´t do all the mayhem alone, he doesn´t show his muscles...even the main bad guy has a swift and quick death compared to all the murders he comitted onde only meets him once when Rambo stabbs him...

THE MOST accurate depiction of a MA DEUCE, (Browning .50 cal. M2-HBAR), I've ever seen come out of Hollywood!

Yes, this one is the best and most realistic Rambo film, since the original. 2 and 3 are cartoonish and pointless in my opinion.
