He was bigger in this movie more than any other. Not as cut but Jesus Christ all mass

Exactly! Stallone is huge in this! Like a big, leathery slab of grizzled muscle. Similar to Mickey Rouke in The Wrestler.
Very imposing, but also amazingly agile. Impressive.
