This IS softcore porn

I can't see how people can redeem the numerous models posing naked as art, it seems like the movie tries to justify it a little too literally by saying "look it's not porn because he's an artist, it can't be porn because he's an artist". The audience isn't that stupid, but by being so heavy with the idea it's basically forced a branding of porn. A nice idea taken to such extremes and frankly, there's too much nudity, I got the idea quickly but the dull repetition just reminded me how far from art this actually was. Life imitating art, this is porn imitating art. This is a pretentious movie and I feel like the main message is "if you aren't an artist you won't get it". Ben's World is full of people who are idiots who don't see the same way he does, the only exceptions are the people who he paints, it's a mysogenistic concept where if you aren't an artist you're either an idiot or a model... I'm none of the above.

That was no soft-core porn. But the plot sucked enough that it could have been.

The plot sucked? In what way?!?

"Short Bus" is a pretentious and pointless art house film that would qualify as porn. "Cashback" is a modest art house film that uses nudity of make a point and succeeds better in showing how men think & feel about women than any other movie around.

Film + full frontal nudity =/= porn. Learn to make the distinction ! ! !

The OP is so ridiculous. Figure drawing classes use nude models every day, so does that make it pornography in the classroom? So damn stupid.

I absolutely do believe you not being a model. The other thing...well...
