The date on the art exhibition invitation.

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows why the date on the invite was for Friday the 31st of November? Was there any purpose for this.

Assuming the film is set in 2006 (which no-one seems to be sure of because it seems like the 70's when Ben is 12), the 30th of November would have been a Thursday, so if there were a 31st of November it would have been a Friday. I'm confused here.

Find a November in the history of mankind that has 31 days and you will have your answer.
