Gave up aftter about 45 minutes

Looked interesting so I started watching online using Netflix. 10 minutes goes by, OK this has potential. 20 minutes...OK the guy is starting to really bore me. 30 minutes...OK we got a lot of hot chicks naked, so at least there's that. 40 minutes....uhm is there actually a story here? 45 minutes....off the goes the TV.

Same here. The shot of the naked teen walking up the stairs was pretty much the highlight. The boring narration was grating, however. Lot of potential. Lot of nudity, but ultimately boring.

here here! I agree. without even hearing of the movie until last night, I gave it a chance, not even expecting the naked hotties.

the movie just sucks! I couldn't tell if it was me, or why anybody would find it interesting. the narration, grating, yes. if I want to invest my attention in a character, he better not be some boring college kid who pines for some dumb bitch for the whole movie. totally lame. I am not interested in people with broken hearts who can't man up and go F another girl.

I hate movies where you're basically waiting for it to get good. Luckily I fell asleep from this one at about the 50 minute mark.

Wise move, as it is utter *beep* and poorly made into the bargain.

Your loss. I admit the first half of the movie dragged, but it picked up incredibly and ended up loving it.

reply

EXACTLY! I too fell asleep, and by end I loved it! It's now one of my favorites, and bought it online and on DVD!

So, you admit you didn't watch the whole movie, yet you feel like you have a credible opinion of it? Terrific! Maybe you can tell us about some books you haven't read, or some music you never heard. I await your reviews with bated breath!

I watched completely and I pain suffered after the first 45 minutes, on netflix, same as the OP and after watching this whole piece of garbage passed as art, I still think the short review OP made was spot on.

Worse actor selection ever, they just couldn't find a less interesting actor to represent an incredible boring character, either the actor is very good interpreting an artist with a "nada" face through the whole movie or the casting was the worst in a decade... either way I wanted to someone sudently kill the guy and end his suffering already, so the story could finally progress to... SOMETHING!

I granted at least 3 more people are smarter than me, OP stopped the movie after 45 minutes and the other ones fall asleep watching it, they were smarter than me.

I saw the train break coming miles away, when the relentless dialog of the main character didn't stop and after watching him time and time again behave like a inmature child, all through an acting similar to watching an ameba, I shoulda just stop it there, but I finished watching it for the sake of coming here and post about how horrible it was and me having the excuse of actually endured the whole process, so i my opinion is validated.

No more, next movie like this, i'm gonna get asleep or turn it off, now i'm in the smart guys crowd.. my time is valuable.
