shareNo. You're taking it too literally, he didn't really stop time or undress them. The scenes where he undresses them and draws them never really take place. The drawings you see were done long after the moment had passed. The frozen time scenes are a representation of how he sees a woman that he finds beautiful, and keeps that image in his mind, then he poses them in a way that he feels best represents the beauty of their female form all in his head, which he then draws.
There's nothing sexual about it for him, he's not getting off on it. He does it because he finds their form beautiful, and wants to capture it at it's most beautiful. Nudity is not always sexual in nature.
You know what... even though I understand what you're saying and I know he was fulfilling his fetish as an artist, after watching it I WISH he was just wanting to molest the girls like a normal kid, at least that way I woudn't have my fantasies of freezing time in a mall spoiled by a super depressing movie.
