Reminded me of...

Me too, but dont you even DARE comparing this to Donnie Darko.

Donnie Darko is a masterpiece. Everything is perfect with that movie, you really don't know what you're watching (similar to this movie) but everything fits perfectly, you can't stop watching it and the character is not only interesting, it's almost mytical, the story flows like a mistery book and there is not a single boring character, even the biblical crazy teacher is interesting in her own way, as an anthitesis of Donnie... yet this movie is the absolute oposite to Donnie Darko.

For starters the movie concentrates too much on the main character, patronizing you with an abusive self dialog that ends up being soffocating, the scenes are totally unconnected between each other, the movie has no coherence, it pretends to be fun and it is not, it pretends to be phylosophical and end up being depressing, pretends to show you art and end up being soft porn in disguised.

I love porn, i love sci fi, i love drama, i love comedies and i totally love Donnie Darko, this I hated... and then some.
