I wonder why it took him so long to say why he left, but maybe it took some time to find the words, or admit he no longer had it in him to write the show. Even though, I thought his leaving was pretty obvious. You write all you can for a show and then you want to write something else. Makes sense.
I see the last episode is still blank for the writer, I hope he wrote it or at least co-wrote it. It would be fitting.
I'm a little nervous about them filming the last 2 episodes, I don't know if they started yet, but things haven't been getting "back to normal" some states are back in lockdown. I know they film in Canada, so maybe it's not that bad there and they can get to do the scenes right. I don't think Dean and Sam can stand 6 feet apart in the show.
Nice thoughts there. I was thinking along similar lines saying at least he's being honest now and its taken him 10 years to open up about it. I did feel for him, sounds like he put his heart and soul into it and run out of steam. I've heard about this with other writers before.
I think they are starting back end of the month, but then Showalter the director said something on Twitter, since forgotten after another friend pointed it out to me. Seems like its still tough out there. From what I've heard the boys are itching to get back to work. When you think we've only had two episodes this year then lock down happened. :( At least we have October to look forward too, hopefully everything crossed. At least Canada appear to be back, so we have hope!
I feel like this show has lasted way too long. It was great when it started but it just went on for too long, too many long stupid story arcs and it just keeps getting worse.
