Supernatural Star Jared Padalecki Arrested for Assault and Public Intoxication

Don't know how true this information is, as this is all the information in one of my facebook groups I've seen tonight?

I did a bit of digging and found this other article. I really hope Jared is okay, and this doesn't disrupt filming in any way? Nothing has been mentioned about Bail conditions? Sounds really serious. It mentions a friends has helped him out, could be Jensen? I was shocked when I first saw it.

There is a video on TMZ and he is clearly wasted and can barely stand up.
It’s very sad to see.
He is wealthy and therefore has all the resources available to him so I hope he takes the time he needs to get help and recover.
Hopefully he will own this and can also turn this incident into some public awareness for his mental health work because clearly he is not in a good place right now.
I genuinely wish him all the best.

Public intoxication isn't a big deal...he must have just overdid it with alcohol, it's not a big deal. He'll be fine.

I think it’s a slightly bigger deal as he was also charged with assaulting someone.

Oh, didn't know about the assault thing. I thought he was just drunk and disorderly in public. I thought the assault thing might have just been speculation to make the incident seem worse or something.

He's been charged with two accounts of assault and 1 account of intoxication. He assaulted two staff members in his own bar? Weather he is the owner or co-owner of the bar people are not really sure. A friend intervened with a head arm lock and Jared backed off. Police intervened and took him away. :( I class this as serious, and don't have a clue what this will do to filming the rest of the series?

He so far, hasn't been bailed.

Padelecki is not currently in custody, according to online records with the Travis County Jail

I don't like to "follow" too much into actors personal lives, but my phone was blowing up with it.
i watched the video and it just looks like something blown out of proportion. TMZ only cares about getting stories

Pleased you responded Sammi, feel the same way. He is out on bail, and just hope he is okay. On-line fans appear to be 50/50 about him at the moment. Most are feeling the same that it wasn't a big issue. But can't help but think he thumped two people. For what reason?

Just doesn't seem like him, he's never done anything like this in fifteen years since season 1 when J2 were set upon in that bar. Which was self defence.

I want to sincerely thank my family and friends for all of your love and support. So sad to miss the #SPNFamily at #dccon but I hope to see y’all soon.

Don't know whether to think this was a breaking silence moment as the papers seem to think? He's not given us any indication as to what happened, or his side of things. Suppose this might come in due course after Nov 18th. Wish him lots of luck.
