Supernatural Season 14, Episode 20 title: What could Moriah mean for the season finale?

Moriah is the name of an important mountain range in Old City Jerusalem in the Book of Genesis. It’s the mountain range God commanded Abraham to take his only son Isaac to be offered as a sacrifice. After years of trying for a baby and finally getting his son, Abraham showed his devoting to God and did take his son to the mountain range to be a sacrificial offering.

I love the sound of this, it reminds me of S9 finale when Dean has to sacrifice Sam and kills Death? It has a strong mythology feel to it, which feels good.

What are we thinking guys, are they going to kill Jack off, or does God save him? Or do they find some other way to save Jack?

Hm, I think there are many directions this could go. I'd like to see the next episode and promo for 14.19 before making a full theory, but depending on if Nick is really gone, and Lucifer isn't returning, it could be Jack that dies. I don't want to focus on a main character dying, but that doesn't mean they aren't going to get revived seconds later... I mean I don't fully remember where I heard that big "spoiler" but in Supernatural, no one is ever officially gone (unless you're Adam, apparently).

It seems Jack is going to go down a dark road, but I don't think the boys are going to want to kill him.. but if he does some major damage & kill Mary, then there might be a problem.

Could God take Jack to heaven to help restore? God is appearing, so he's doing something. Whatever it is, is it going to lead the big "mission"/storyline to the final season?

It’s also another name for the wind.... or is that Mariah. Hmmm....
