I cannot BELIEVE this show has done it AGAIN!

To bring an old CHARACTER back, just to kill them off!!!!!!!

I am so mighty pissedddedd

I never cared for Missouri the first time around because she appeared a bit condescending. But this time around once again feelings changed. I warmed to her and was beginning to change my perception of her. It's not the first time the show has done this for dramatic effect, which really makes me angry!!!

I don't want any more characters to be brought back from the past just to be dun in.

I was thinking the same thing. Next character to return I'm going to assume they are going to get killed off.

I've thought this for a while Sammi ever since they bought Sarah Blake back, possibly even further back than that. It's so annoyingly obvious what they are doing.

Yet it's what they like to do, so it's likely to happen again and again, because the show is all about paint-by-numbers.

I honestly always expected Misery to die because they needed an impetus for Patience to become a Wayward whatever. Given how much I despised the character in Home, and at best felt nothing for her in this episode, this was an off'ing I didn't care about.

I get upset when they bring back characters just to kill them off. At the conventions I think it was Jeremy Carver said they have to go where the storyline takes them. Well they make up the story line and it frustrates me when they go in that direction. There are too many characters that are good they kill off and those that are not so good they keep.

I know part of it is to put more on Dean and Sam's shoulders and am wondering if they're writing it to make Dean go in a downward spiral. He's lost Castiel and thinks Mary is dead. He's got nothing to go forward with. Too many tragedies can destroy a person.

There is an episode title later called 'Breakdown' and it made me wonder earlier and again when I read your comments lilmac that it could be heading Dean's way. Yet Cas appears to be back now, so who knows where it's heading. It really frustrates me when decent characters get the chop interesting that Jeremy said that. Food for thought ...

Did you notice in the last episode "The Big Empty" there were several that had been in previous episodes. About halfway through I realizes the character Mia had been Camille Thibideaux from "The Mentalists". This one it was reversed. She was killed in that episode and this one she wasn't. And another that looked familiar was the character Erica Bailey. She was in the "The Real Ghostbusters". She wasn't killed in that one but in the The Big Empty she was already dead. The funny part was I didn't recognize her until they showed her in the coffin and they were getting ready to salt and burn her. And then there was the character John Driscoll. The guy was Mercury in "Hammer of the Gods".

Looks like they had a bit of a character reunion in this one.

Good Call! I seemed to recognise the first man that was murdered in the opening scenes by the female shifter, and can't think which episode I've seen him in. It's nice to think they do recycle actors from time to time. Its just remembering where we've seen them before LoL!
