Ok, so we finally see Michael & Lucifer duke it out..

And that's it? What happened to destroying half the world because they're too powerful to face each other? A sucker punch and an arm twist?

This show really, really disappoints sometimes.

That was beyond pathetic, as was Luci and Mary on the run, but apparently only in an area no bigger than my garage. Everything happened in that one stupid spot with the buried church steeple. No matter how far they ran, they ended up in the same place, and no one bothered to note the irony. The alt universe must be the size of a postage stamp.

I know the budget is probably slashed even more so this year with making Mark P. and the kid playing Jack regulars (I can never remember the actor's name). Still, it looks seriously lame.

I long for the simplicity and effectiveness of the first 3 seasons. I loved how a single demon (Meg) was a huge threat and the only way to defeat demons was to use their wits with the use of holy water, devil's traps and exorcisms. I hate how the Winchesters can now fight demons hand to hand and I hate the acting from the demon henchmen it reminds me of the corny acting from some of the demons on Charmed.

I agree with you ghostboy about Meg. Azazel, Zachariah remember those as big bads. Everyone was scared sh** of them now angels are almost a laughing stock. It annoyed me they couldn't even bring the original Adam back that might have helped. I miss a lot of the old cast so much, in some ways I hope they don't bring them back if this is what might be to come?

I know what you mean Bella. I've never wanted them to bring back John Winchester because he remains the only character who has been killed off in such a way that was perfect for the story, I'd hate for them to ruin that by reviving him somehow or even showing him in the Alternate Universe.
