And, yes, that was sarcasm.
Yes we so want more!! Really unusual to be promoted to series regular before even really being in any episodes. My enthusiasm is at rock bottom unfortunately at the moment.

shareOfficially, I don't think so. Unofficially, he was the only other castmember at Comic Con, and he did the press circuit with the Js and was certainly being treated as a regular/semi-lead actor, so everyone is assuming he's been allowed to retain his regular status at this point.
But AFAIK, the only person who has been officially announced with "regular" status is the new brat packer. Then again, I guess someone who has technically been a regular for the last couple of years wouldn't warrant an announcement.
I expected it. Singer described the storyline as "Hell's My Two Dads" which means Jack will be with Sam and Dean quite a bit and will probably have a decent amount of screentime as a result. Not surprised they locked the actor down since much of season 13's arc hinges on his character.
shareI know Mark P. is a regular and assume Misha will be again too the way PA said, even though it hasn't been officially announced (despite them seeming to confirm he'll be in season 13 in most spoilers I've read, which makes me question why they won't just announce it, since the cat is out of the bag on Cas's return), but I guess considering how long it took Mark S. to get regular status and that Sam Smith was never given regular status last season or for the upcoming season despite Mary being a major player (She was in 13 episodes last season and who knows how many this season, but if Mark P. is a regular, and Mary is with Lucifer, I'm guessing she'll be in whatever episodes he is until they're both back from the AU), I am a little surprised by it. He must be in higher demand than I would have thought.

The look of the guy is that he is typical CW BF material. Though if you think about it any person Jack gets involved with will technically be a paedophile as even if he looks mature he is not and he will have the emotional maturity of his lack of years when it comes to be in a relationship.

On another note, I'm a huge Loretta Devine fan and I suppose the silver lining to The Carmichael Show being cancelled is that she has some free time because it looks like she's going to be making a few appearances on SPN and on the spinoff.
Now if only the writers could tweak her characterization to take advantage of her comedic talent and chill out on the inexplicable hostility towards Dean that'd be great!
