Do you think Jack will resurrect Cas?

Since Cas is a Seraph Angel and his father an Archangel? Or would he want to since Cas helped him put his real father away in the alternate world?

Also, some on youtube are saying we didn't see Cas's wings, so is he really dead?

Thoughts?

We did see his wings. 100%

reply

Did we, they got that wrong then. Some did say it was dark and couldn't easily be seen?

reply

They're broken, so they're our Cas's wings.

reply

Well, if Jack is "good"?
Wouldn't he be the new big bad to battle next season?

reply

Could be Sammi...
That also explains about his wings. But we hope he can still come back ....

I want to see Cas come back too. But Jack seems like a bad seed and all. What would he get out of bringing him back? Who knows what they are planning for Jack.
Of course he could start off good, bring back Cas then venture on being like Lucifer.

I think Jack might see Cas as some type of father figure. He was there with Kelly when he entered him and I bet would have felt some connection there with Cas. That he was looking out for his mother in her hour of need so to speak. It's only a baby at this point I know, but, the child wasn't even a baby when he was born, so I bet he had some type of feelings for Cas I would like to think/hope he might have. I doubt at this point Jack doesn't even know or even aware that Lucifer exists. They might want to keep Cas in the alternate universe for now, but maybe down the line, Jack wants answers when he finds out about Cas?

If Jack wants to bring back Cas, wouldn't he want to bring his mom back too? All and all I thought he was using Cas.

He may or may not know about Lucifer, but he seems to be quite aware of the world around him even from inside the womb.

We didn't see Cas in the alternate universe and I'm not even sure if he would use the same vessel. But really if they want to bring Cas back they will, on how, I don't know.

Something tells me that Jack is going to be a little ambiguous on the morality chart. A big thing on this show is that just because you're born something doesn't mean you're a monster. On the other hand, we've seen this 'perfect world' concept isn't a good thing either. Maybe he'll think by doing that he's doing a good thing, but he is with TFW, so he'll probably end up a little like Amara . . . or shoved into the AU where he can make a positive impact?

reply

I'm a bit rusty on my abbreviations...what is TFW?

Do we see Jack as a ongoing/recurring character passed season 13, or just for season 13?

reply

Team Free Will

I have no idea what they're going to do with Jack.

reply

Jack might last all season, he might also only be in the first few episodes and be ditched. We have no idea but it might be worth wondering how he pans out.

reply

Hmm I never thought of him being around for only the first few episodes...

reply

Sammi do you see him being around longer than 1 season then? Just curious??

reply

At this point, I only see him being around for S13. But on which "side" Jack is going to stand by, I'm not really sure. There's a lot of theories/ideas being thrown around.

reply

I would like to see more of him, but not sure if the writers will extend him all season, but it will be interesting to see if they do as I think he could be really good to watch. Hope they don't cut him short before he really gets going.

I think Jack will have a part to play in getting Cass returned. Did wonder if Mary might. She was holding Kelly's hands when there was a bright light and she was thrown off the bed unconscious. Am pretty sure that was when Jack was "born". When Cass was holding Kelly's hand there was, for lack of a better term, communication between the unborn and Cass where Cass's eyes started to glow and there was a light.

First Mary needs rescuing without Lucifer tagging along. That will be fun to watch.
