So BOTH J2 own bars?

I am confused, as yonks ago we were talking about J2 owning their own bar together as a joint project. Wasn't there some legal reason why they couldn't call their own bar Winchester Brothers because of copyright issues? Was this why the project was ditched and they decided to start up on their own?

Now Jensen has opened his Family Business and Jared owns his own bar, not sure of the name.

So can someone clarify that the boys now both own separate premises?

Jensen opened a Brewery and Jared has had a bar, San Jac Saloon for awhile now. Jared couldn't invest in Jensens brewery because of Texas state laws, if he wants to sell Jensens beer in his bar he can't be an investor.

But I think the winery is still going to happen.

Thanks for the info Cass, I was in a real knot about this one. It's a real shame that Jared cannot be an investor. So they will both be joint owners in the winery which was the project they were talking about a while ago? I seem to remember it was the end of year SPN Party and Jared couldn't be there because he was at that winery talking shop. So they will then both have a business and be joint owners of another winery business. Doubly confused today!
