Who Had The Best Parent/s And Who Had The Worst?

It's a pretty broad topic, I know; but also one rife with varying viewpoints, so I'll start:

Best Dual Parents: Marshall's - as overbearing as they were, they were the most caring, most present, and most positively influential.

Worst Dual Parents: Robin's - her father was a total bastard to her, and her mother was an enabler; it's to Robin's credit that she's as heroically well-adjusted as she is despite them.

Best Single Parent: Barney's mother - she may have "gotten around" a bit (putting it mildly) and told numerous whoppers of lies (mild again) to both her sons, but she unquestionably did it out of love for both.

Worst Single Parent: Robin's - (see above)
