Who did the leak turn out to be? I watched the finale but not the few previous "final episodes"

The leak was Gabriel's girlfriend whom he met at church and had just gotten engaged to. Turns out Goldman hired her to romance Gabriel and get info from him. When busted, she claimed she had genuinely fallen in love with Gabriel, but Gabriel was furious and kicked her out. The guys on the squad were angry at Gabriel but forgave him, except Sanchez. Then it was recommended that Gabriel transfer out of the squad.
