Question about the Final Six Eps from S7

How much (if any) did the tone of the show change in the final 6 eps ? I am somewhat spoiled already and the impression I have is that the show changed in those last eps after Kyra said she was leaving. Is that actually the case ?

I don´t think anything really changed. Those episodes mainly focused on the rat storyline, Stroth´s return and preping the show to end. The whole season 7 was shot after Kyra said she was leaving, not only those last six episodes.
