In this episode Gail has this former DUI from the Hamptons that had been expunged. Brenda was pursuing a Murder charge, which she could get with a prior DUI. So, it was unclear to me if, in the end, Gail was going to be charged with Murder or Vehicular Manslaughter. Maybe I missed something!
